行业协会参与下的职业教育运行机制分析

The Analyse of Trade Associations Participating in Vocational Education Mechanism

我国职业教育的发展存在着很多问题,最核心的问题是职业教育与社会需求不相适应。要解决这一核心问题,需要借助新的力量构建新的机制。行业协会作为新时期社会经济发展的产物,将在职业教育中发挥更为重要的作用。本文分析了我国职业教育存在的主要问题、行业协会目前参与职业教育的方式及不足,在借鉴德国、澳大利亚等发达国家经验的基础上,研究行业协会参与下的职业教育运行机制,并提出相关的政策建议。

There are many problems with the development of China’s vocational education. One of the most crucial problems is that the vocational education is incompatible with the needs of society. In order to solve the core issue, it needs new forces to set up a new mechanism. Trade associations, as a product of the new era of socio-economic development, popularly participates in vocational education. The paper analyses the problems of China’s vocational education and points out the lack of trade associations partici- pating in the vocational education. Lastly, using for reference the advanced experience from abroad, the paper puts forward a mechanism trade association participating in and analyses it.
