浅论烹饪专业学生的体育教学

摘要 随着体育新课程标准的实施,体育教学改革如火如荼。烹饪院校应根据烹饪专业课程特点和学生身心发育阶段的特征,将体育教学与烹饪专业技能结合起来,通过设置体育课教学方案,促进学生增强锻炼身体的意识,加强职业病的预防和保健,以提高身体素质,调节、均衡身心发展。 With the implementation of new physical education curriculum, teaching renovation is under way. Culinary school authorities are supposed to combine P.E. with specialized skill teaching in terms of traits of major related courses and the phrasal traits of physical and mental growth on students' side. By setting up P. E project, enhancing students' consciousness of exercising and prevention of occupational disease, improved physical quality and more balanced mental health are expected.
