摘要
叙述了神经网络的基本原理，建立了工程投资人工神经网络预测模型，编制了人工智能估价系统软件。
In this paper, the basic principle is inteoduced, and the building cost estimating model by artificial neural network is built.The soft ware system of estimating by artificial neural network is worked out.By living example analyse, the model is high acuracy in prediction building cost.
