摘要 质量管理的重点在于过程控制,过程控制的重点在于控制产品的质量特性,而对质量特性中的关键特性和重要特性的控制是企业整个质量管理的根本所在。介绍了铸造企业铸件质量策划过程,各种质量控制文件的形成次序以及相互间的关系,简述了质量控制文件在铸造过程中如何用于指导生产和如何在实际生产中对质量控制文件进行补充完善和更新。介绍了几种质量控制工具在过程控制中的运用。 The process control is the most important in quality management, and controlling the quality characteristics of the products is the emphases for process control. While the control for the important quality characteristics is the foundation of the quality management of the enterprise. The procedure of quality planning for foundry enterprise, the compiling of various quality control documents as well as their correlativity was introduced. How to use the quality control document to instruct foundry production and improve and update those documents in practice were described. The application of several available quality control methods in process control was presented.
