摘要 为了更好地满足各种条件下航天器的测控需求,提高中国航天器的测控能力和测控网资源的运行效率,本文提出了一种基于航天器控制语言的遥控作业操作模式。通过分析航天器对测控模式的需求,结合航天器控制语言和测控设备的特点,制定了遥控作业操作模式的设计要求和四个基本要素,给出了工程实现的设计方案。实际应用表明,该模式实现了测控网对航天器的闭环测控,满足了对航天器高效、规范、灵活、准确的测控要求。 In order to meet better the TT&C requirements of spacecraft under various conditions and improve greatly the capabilities of China TT&C network and the operation efficiency of its resources, a telecommand job operation mode (TCJOM) is put forward and designed based on the Spacecraft Control Language(SCL) in this paper. By analyzing the requirements of spacecraft for the TT&C network, according to the characteristics of SCL and TT&C facilities, the design requirements and four basic factors of TCJOM are established, the design plan of project realization is presented in the control center. The application results indicated the project has really realized the close-loop TT&C support to satellites, met the requirements of the efficient, normalized, flexible and accurate TT&C support to satellites.
