摘要 目前,由于采用新资源新工艺,造成恶性食物污染事件及国际贸易纠纷增加,人们迫切关注环境污染,农业种植、养殖业的源头污染和微生物污染事件,从而使食源性疾病成为非常突出的公共卫生问题。预防和控制食源性疾病是食品卫生监督执法的依据。预防和控制食源性疾病应抓住食品卫生质量控制、预防食品污染和预防食物中毒三级管理。 At present,more and more vicious food pollution incidents and international trade disputes occur owing to adopting new resources and new technology. People urgently concerned with environment pollution, agricultural planting, pollution source of breeding, and microorganism pollution incidents, which make foodbeme disease become conspicuous public health problems. Preventing and controlling foodhome disease is the basis of executing the law when supervising the food health. It is the most important to focus on controlling food health qualty, preventing food pollution and carrying out the three grade management in preventing food poisoning.
