本文作者以实际工作经验为基础,围绕科学发展观"第一要义是发展,核心是以人为本,基本要求是全面协调可持续,根本方法是统筹兼顾"的内涵与实质,介绍了中国工商银行河南省分行通过积极探索,在建立与地区协调的发展速度、加快转变发展方式、同步提高经营效益和社会形象以及推进人才兴行战略方面的成功经验,并以实现"全面协调可持续发展"为目标,为下一步工作制订了切实可行的计划。

Based on the Scientific Outlook on Development which takes development as its es- sence and puts people first as its core,the author introduces successful experiences of Henan branch of ICBC such as coordinating the pace of bank development with regional development,speeding transformation in development ways,improving both operation per- formance and social image,as well as promoting the human resource strategy.Meanwhile, the author also makes a feasible plan for future work.
