摘要
介绍了含镍、铁、钴这三个铁系元素的铜基合金表面膜在不同介质中的耐腐蚀行为。由于铁系元素的原子结构和化学性质有许多相似之处,作为合金元素添加到铜合金中,如何影响铜合金表面钝化膜的结构与组成,从而提高铜合金的耐蚀性能,是一个值得深究和探讨的问题。从铁系元素电子结构的相似性出发,找出铁系元素提高铜基合金耐蚀性能的规律性,将对耐蚀新材料的理论发展和实际应用有指导意义。
The corrosion resistance behavior of the surface film of the copper alloy with three iron series elements of nickel, iron, or cobalt in different media is presented. Due to the similarity of the atomic structure and chemical property of iron series elements, it is valuable to know how the iron series element alloyed with copper affects the structure and composition of the passive surface film of the copper alloy to improve its corrosion resistance performance. Based on the electronic structure similarity of the iron series elements, the rules in improvement of the corrosion resistance performance of the copper alloy by the iron series element were revealed.
