摘要
结合上海市南电网的实际情况,对上海市南供电公司所辖10 kV配电系统的中性点接地方式进行技术分析后,确定了中性点接地方式由消弧线圈接地调整为小电阻接地的基本判据,以指导基建和改造的变电站采用何种中性点接地方式。
Based on the actual condition of Shanghai Shinan grid, it is identified after technical analysis that the neutral point grounding mode for the 10 kV diatribution system should be changed from arc suppression coil grounding to mail sesistance grounding.
