《公用电网谐波》国标只对某些简单的电网接线方式、运行方式下的测量方式作了明确规定,对较为复杂的接线与运行方式下的测量标准并未详细说明。对特殊情况下标准的使用,从运行方式、允许值计算等方面进行了讨论,并提出供测试人员在实际应用中可供参考的建议。
The national standard of ＂Quality of Electric Energy Supply-harmonics in Public Supply Network＂ （ GB/T 14549-1993 ） only specifies the measurement method for some simple wiring and operational modes of the grid, while does not give detailed specifications for the measurement standard under complicated conditions. The application of the standard under some special conditions is discussed in the aspects of operational mode and the allowable value calculation, and suggestions to test operators on practical usage of the standard are proposed.
