And it was analyzed the principle and the equivalent process of the exhaust which occured in the extruder leaves the material section. According to the exhaust formula, the feasible means were obtained to enhance the exhaust efficiency during the squeezing-out process. After the air exhaust device was fixed to the the extruder, the effect was proved to be good, which achieved the anticipated goal. And it accelerated the industrialization production of the top grade and non-slub special materials successfully.
