摘要
主要介绍了CMP230X-12AW型同向啮合双螺杆挤压机在聚丙烯树脂挤出中的排气现状,开发高档无纺布专用料时排气的必要性,分析了挤出过程中发生在挤压机出料段的排气原理和排气过程。根据排气计算公式,得出了挤出过程中提高排气效率的具体可行办法。挤压机加装排气装置后排气效果良好,达到了预期目的,使高档无纺布专用料顺利工业化生产。
It was mainly introduced the present exhaust situation of the CMP230X-12AW occurrent meshes the double screw rod extruder to squeeze out in the polypropylene resin, and the necessity of the exhaust when the top grade and non-slub special materials were developed. And it was analyzed the principle and the equivalent process of the exhaust which occured in the extruder leaves the material section. According to the exhaust formula, the feasible means were obtained to enhance the exhaust efficiency during the squeezing-out process. After the air exhaust device was fixed to the the extruder, the effect was proved to be good, which achieved the anticipated goal. And it accelerated the industrialization production of the top grade and non-slub special materials successfully.
