摘要
PP-R管材是目前产量最大的建筑冷热水管,有性能好、价格适中、卫生、无污染、安装方便可靠等优点;但是也有热变形大,膨胀系数大等明显缺点。国内一些PP-R管道主要生产企业多年来为克服这些缺陷,相继推出PP-R/AL,如PP-R塑铝稳态复合管、双热熔型PP-R塑铝复合管,F-PPR(三层共挤PP-R稳态复合管)等新型聚丙烯复合管道,这些管道不仅克服了PP-R管道热变形大,膨胀系数大等缺陷,还提高了管道系统的承载能力。
The output of PP-R pipes is the biggest of piping systems for hot and cold water in construction. Either there are many advantages such as good performance, moderate price, health, no pollution, convenient installment, and so on, or there are many obvious shortcomings, such as high thermal deformation and expansion factor. To solve these problems, some domestic PP-R pipes plants promote a series of new PP composite pipes. These new pipes not only overcome the shortcomings,but also enchance the bearing capacity of pipes system.
