摘要
研究了离心式挤出机固体输送段的结构特点和工作原理,介绍了离心式挤出机的数学模型,依据理论力学中的质点相对动力学原理和质点的达朗伯原理,对该功能段的建压原理和压力分布进行了模拟计算,建立了固体输送段的物理模型和数学模型,并给出了固体输送段的压力分布。采用mathCAD软件研究转鼓转速以及转鼓锥角对压力的影响。
The structural feature and operating principle of solid conveying zone in centrifugal extruder were studied. The mathematical simulation of centrifugal extruder was introduced and the physical and mathematical model were established. According to the dynamics of relative delivery and the D' Alembert' s principle,the pressure building principle was achieved and the pressure distribution was carried on the analog computation. The calculation methods of the pressure distribution were given. The effects of rotor rotating speed,rotor's angle on pressure distribution were investigated with mathCAD.
