摘要 多方合作的动态联盟中,实现基本业务流程与战略目标的一致性一直是BPR要解决的关键问题。一种新的基于AI的面向目标(GO)的过程建模方法——i*模型(如Tropos)将有助于突破传统BPR建模技术的局限。研究了基于人工智能方法的i*模型的基本构成——战略依赖(SD)模型与战略推理(SR)模型,及其在动态联盟中的企业BPR建模流程;并将其应用于证券业风险管理建模领域。研究发现,这种基于AI的BPR新技术可以描述多代理人或行为人之间的目标关系和意图,通过采用知识推理机制,实现了对象实体向目标和社会实体的延伸,解决了多目标实体间动态联盟过程中企业战略意图与业务流程衍生风险管理相结合的难题。 A new Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) modeling methodology- i* modeling system (e. g. Tropos) based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) is introduced to multi actors dynamic alignment modeling. It is composed of Strategic Dependency (SD) Model and Strategic Rational (SR) Model, which is Goal-Oriented method. Basic concept and procedure of SD/SR model in the BPR of dynamic alignment is given and example of the third part managing money controlling risk management of Security Risk Management modeling is discussed in BPR of Chinese Capital market. In conclusion, SD/SR model based on AI can combine strategic intention with risk management processes deriving from basic business processes among multi-actors, and it can solve semantic gap between multi-agents and information system in dynamic alignment.
