早期妊娠终止方法对再次妊娠的影响

Relationship between the termination methods of early pregnancy and the first subsequent pregnancy

目的探讨早期妊娠终止对再次妊娠的影响,为临床选择恰当的早期妊娠终止方式提供依据。方法选择单纯手术流产后再次妊娠并准备分娩的孕妇为手术流产组118例,单纯药物流产后再次妊娠并准备分娩的孕妇为药物流产组67例,初次妊娠的孕妇127例作为对照组,通过前瞻性研究,观察整个妊娠期和分娩期并发症发生的情况以及不同的妊娠结局。结果尽管手术流产组、药物流产组、对照组整个妊娠期和分娩期并发症的发生率有差异,但经统计学处理,其差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论手术及药物流产对再次妊娠结局的影响有待于进一步探讨。

Objective To study the relationship between the termination methods of early pregnancy and the first subsequent pregnancy. Methods 118 healthy pregnant women （surgical group） who had had a surgical abortion, 67 healthy pregnant women （medical group） who had had a medical abortion, and 127 healthy primigravidas （control group） who had no history of abortion. All of them were recruited for a prospective cohort study. The complications in pregnant period and in parturient period were observed. Results The incidence rate of complication in pregnant period was different from the incidence rate in parturient period, but not statistically significant （P〉0.05） . Conclusion It needs more evidence to confirm the influences of surgical abortion and the medical abortion.
