肱动脉生物力学的临床应用

摘要 自冯元桢于1974年开创了对犬胸主动脉进行了应力-应变研究之后,动脉血管的生物力学研究逐渐扩展到全身各动脉。肱动脉作为中等肌性血管,通过对肱动脉力学特性变化及其机制的研究,对于心血管疾病早期的预测及靶器官的损坏,药物疗效的评估将提供一个有效的“窗口”途径。
