VEGF与胃癌生长转移的相关性研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 胃癌是全世界及我国常见的恶性肿瘤，是人类因肿瘤而死亡的主要疾病之一，在各种恶性肿瘤中占首位，占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的23．03％。我国胃癌多见于男性，男女之比约为（1．5—2．5）：1，平均死亡年龄为61．62岁，其中男性61．11岁，女性62．59岁。我国胃癌的早期诊断率仍较低，胃癌确诊时的分期为，Ⅰ期4．1％、Ⅱ期21．8％、Ⅲ期31．7％、Ⅳ期42．4％，中晚期占绝大部分。
