摘要
采用钼酸铵直接氢还原及钼酸铵先焙解,然后再分段氢还原等不同的还原方法进行钼粉还原.利用X射线衍射分析以及扫描电镜对还原过程的物相变化规律及粉末的形貌进行了研究,讨论了不稳定相Mo4O11对钼粉还原过程的影响,这为制取高质量的钼粉提供了参考.
Molybdenum powders have been made by direct reduction of ammonium molybdate and three-step reduction of ammonium molybdate,et al. The rules of phase transformation taking place during reduction and morphology of molybdenum powders have been investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis and SEM, and the effeets of unstable phase of Mo4O11 on the reduction of molybdenum have also been discussed, which is very useful for us to produce molybdenum powders of high quality.
