摘要
详细介绍了2008奥运会羽毛球馆的预应力施工监测方案。通过模拟预应力张拉施工过程计算得到的理论值与施工监测值对比,两者总体上是吻合的,验证了仿真模拟预应力施工过程的计算模型和方法的合理正确性;但是施工过程中理论计算值与施工监测值相比,数值上比常规钢结构体系验收标准偏大,经有关方多次分析论证,主要是由于本工程索撑节点的加工制作精度不够高、安装难度大,达不到设计理想状态,造成预应力损失(达6%以上)比理论计算值(<2%)偏大很多;应用施工监测数据分析得出的预应力损失、起拱值等偏差结果,对模拟预应力张拉施工过程的计算模拟进行修正后,得到的施工过程结构响应结果与实测结果基本吻合,满足相关施工验收标准要求。
The monitoring method of the prestress construction for the badminton gymnasium for 2008 Olympic Games is introduced in detail. The calculation of simulating prestressing construction is carried out. In general, the theoretical analysis and measured field data are in good agreement. The rationality and correctness of computer modelling and method are validated. However the comparative result is bigger than the conventionally acceptable criteria. It is argued that the fabrication and installation can not fully made ideally according to the design. The 6% loss of prestress is bigger than the theoretical value of 2%. By use of the deviation results of the prestress loss and the vertical deformation from the actually measured data, the research data which match the measured data and satisfied with the acceptability criteria are modified.
