摘要
对羽毛球馆屋盖结构全寿命健康监测系统进行了设计,利用振弦应变计对索力、构件内力进行了实时监测,利用全站仪对结构关键点的位移及其沉降进行了定期监测,形成了一套完整的实时动态全寿命健康监测系统。对施工阶段进行了包括索力、网壳构件内力、网壳节点位移的全过程监控,监测数据表明索力、构件内力、结构位移与仿真分析的偏差都在一个较合理的范围之内,以索力为主控参数,节点竖向位移为第二控制参数,并综合考虑构件内力,认为其施工张拉已经达到设计要求。自索张拉施工完成至结构竣工的健康监测数据显示,索力、构件内力都增大不多,说明结构刚度比设计值大,荷载小于设计荷载,证明结构是安全的,同时也验证了系统的有效性。
A real life time dramatic monitoring system is designed in this paper. The force of members and the tension of cables are monitored real-timely by vibratory strain gauge, the displacement of joints are monitored periodically by Total Station Instruments in this monitoring system. The force of the members, tension of cables, displacement of joints are monitored during construction, the data show that the force, displacement and cable tension are all in reasonable range. With the cable tension as the main control parameter and the vertical displacement of joints as the second control parameter and the members' force being taken into account simultaneously, the cable tensioning reach the design requirement. The data drawn form cable tension completion to the construction completion reveal slight increase of the cable force and member force, which proves that the real rigidity is larger than that of design and the exterior load is smaller than that of design, thus the whole structure is safe and the health monitoring system is valid.
