预防接种服务中以截针器替代安全盒成本效益和可行性研究

Cost-Effective and Feasible Assessment on Substitute Safety Box for the Needle Cutter for the Immunization Services

目的比较截针器和安全盒在保证安全注射方面的利弊。方法根据经济状况,在四川省抽取3个市,采用现况调查和回顾性研究相结合的方法,对比在预防接种服务中,截针器与安全盒保证安全注射情况,开展成本效益和可行性研究。结果截针器和安全盒的成本分别为0.045元/针、0.046元/针,接种人员对截针器的接受程度显著高于安全盒(χ2=5.93,P<0.05),在使用截针器时未发生针刺事件。结论在预防接种服务中应推广使用截针器。

Objective To compare the Safety box with the Needle cutter about the advantages and disadvantages in the safe injection area. Methods According to the economical situation, we collected 3 cities in Sichuan Province,adopting cross-sectional study and retrospective investigation to compare the Needle cutter with the Safety box,and do the compared study about the costeffective and feasibility. Results The economical cost of the Needle cutter （0. 088 yuan perinjector） is a little more expensive than Safety box （0. 034 yuan per injector）. The Needle cutter is more acceptable than Safety box. During the period of using Needle cutter, no acupuncture incident has happened. Conclusion According to the result of the study,we proposed using the Needle cutter widely in the future for the immunization services.
