贵州省2006年免疫规划工作综合审评情况分析

Review of Guizhou Provincial Immunization Programme in 2006

目的了解贵州省2006年免疫规划工作现状,发现存在的问题,提出改进建议。方法对所辖9个地区(州、市)9个县免疫规划工作的有关经费投入、人员配备、免疫规划管理、免疫规划针对传染病的监测及接种率等进行调查,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果经费投入不足,机构不健全,人员配置不合理,工作措施不到位仍然是贵州省免疫规划工作水平低下的症结。结论加大免疫规划工作相关法规的宣传以及免疫规划配套政策的制定和执行力度,建立免疫规划工作责任追究制度是解决症结的关键。

Objective To review the status and the challenges of implementation of national immunization program for children in Guizhou Province. Methods Review the performance of vaccination, including financial support, staff allocation, management, surveillance of vaccine preventable diseases and vaccine coverage rate about 9 EPI Prefectures selected from 9 county in Guizhou Province. Result Not enough financial support, unreasonable staff allocation and unperfect management regulation about EPI are still existed in Guizhou. Conclusion The strategies on the propaganda of EPI law and the policy of EPI should be conducted. It is very important to found and carry out the investigation system of the EPI＇s duty.
