元宫药铜环、Tcu环、母体乐三种IUD产生副反应的比较

Comparison among the side effects of YuanGong IUD、Tcu380IUD、MLcuIUD induced abortion

目的:比较新型宫内节育器(IUD)元宫药铜环和传统的节育器Tcu380IUD母体系MLcuIUD的避孕效果和副反应。方法:1380例自愿放置IUD的育龄妇女为对象,随机分为3组,分别放置元宫药铜Tcu380IUDMLcuIUD。结果:元宫药铜IUD、Tcu380IUD和MLcuIUD使用12月带器妊娠率分别为0.48%、3.75%、0.85%,脱落率分别为0.93%、2.92%、0.85%,因症取出率分别为2.80%、6.25%、3.81%。续用率分别为95.8%、87.08%、94.49%。结论:元宫药铜环是一种安全可靠对月经影响小的宫内节育器。

Objective To compare,the side effects of three new types of IUD, Yuan Gong IUD, Tcu380 and MLcuIUD. Methods 1380 volunteers at Jiangyian service center for family planning during 2005～2006 were randomly divided into three growps, 428 Yuangons IUD, 480 TCU380 IUD and 472 Mlcu. Results The side effects of three IUDS were good with.few pregnancies The pregnancy rates with IUD were 0.48%、3.75% and 0.85%,respectively.Expulsion rates were 0.93%,2.92% and 0.85%,respectively.Removal rates because of side-effect were2.80%,3.81% 6.25%and3.81%, respectively.Continuation rates were 95.80%,87.08%and94.49% ,respectively.Abnormal menstruation rates with IUD were 8.88%,12.5%and5.93%; respectively. conculsion： Yuan Gong IUD is a highly efficent,safe and low negative reactions IUD and has slight influence on menstruation.
