限制接触型加压钢板治疗股骨干骨折87例

Treatment 87 patients with femoral shaft fracture by contact limited compression plate

目的:研究限制接触型加压钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折的优点、适应征及术中的注意事项。方法:采用限制接触型加压钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折87例。结果:经平均18.5个月随访80例获得骨性愈合,膝关节功能优良74例(92.5%),一般4例(5.0%),二期手术植骨2例。结论:限制接触型加压钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折是一种操作简便有效的治疗方法,符合生物学原理;股骨干上、中、下段骨折均是一种适宜的内固定方法,在基层医院值得推广。

Objective To study the advantage, adaptation and attention of contact limited compression plate in treatment of femoral shaft fracture. Method 87 patients with femoral shaft fracture had been treated by using the contact limited compression plate. Results After 18.6 months following up, 80 cases healed clinically, 74 cases were excellent in the function of knee joint for（92.5%）, good results in 4 cases and bad results in 2 cases. Conclusions The method fitting the biological principle has the advantage of simple manipulation and good effect to treat femoral shaft fracture. So the method should be spread to carry out in the basement hospital.
