肾上腺皮质激素引起股骨头缺血性坏死的3例均系服用激素后出现了单侧或双侧股骨头缺血性坏死,造成了运动功能障碍。临床观察股骨头缺血性坏死发生的快慢、严重程度与用药的时间及用药量有一定关系。一般认为:用药时间越长,用药量越大,发生股骨头缺血性坏死的机会也就越多。所以,在使用激素时要警惕发生股骨头缺血性坏死。一旦发现股骨头坏死后,应该立即停用激素,少活动,避免加重,偶有少数病人可以自行停止进展。

The article introduces three cases of anemic necrosis of femoral head caused by the adrenal cortex hormone. Patients had one-side or two-side femoral head anemic necrosis and athletic function barrier after taking the adrenal cortex hormone. the speed,the degree of anemic necrosis of femoral head is relevant with the medication time and the medication dosage. The longer medication time and more dosage will lead to more frequent femoral head anemic necrosis. We must be alert to femoral head anemic necrosis when we use hormone. If we discover femoral head anemic necrosis, we should immediately stop using the hormone and reduce patient＇s activity. The minority of patients may stop the progress.
