Personal Viewpoint about how to Improve the Training Effect to the Village Doctors

本文通过近5年来我校对乡村医生培训效果的观察,阐述了如何进一步开展乡村医生教育工作,并在此基础上总结了几点乡医教育的具体措施,认为以此能提高乡医的培训效果。

Through 5-year observation and investigation to the village doctors＇ training in the school, the author gives some concreter suggestions about how to make the village doctors＇ training more effective.
