摘要 目的:初步探讨豆腐果苷的抗抑郁作用。方法:采用小鼠悬尾实验和强迫游泳实验研究豆腐果苷的抗抑郁作用。结果:在开野实验中,各剂量豆腐果苷对小鼠自主活动无显著影响;在小鼠悬尾实验和强迫游泳实验中,豆腐果苷20mg/kg能明显缩短小鼠悬尾不动时间和游泳不动时间,10mg/kg、30mg/kg能明显缩短小鼠悬尾不动时间。结论:豆腐果苷对"行为绝望"动物模型有明显抗抑郁作用。 To study the antidepressant effect of helicid on mice "behavioral despair" models. Methods, The antidepressant effect of helicid was evaluated with mice tail suspension test and mice forced swimming test. Results : Helicid 20mg/kg . day ig for 7 days significantly reduced the accumulative immobility time in botil the mice tail suspension and mice forced swimming test. Helicid 10,30mg/kg . day ig for 7 days reduced the accumulative immobility time in the mice tail suspension test. In addition, these doses that affected the immobile response did not affect the automatic activities of the mice. Conclusion : Helicid has the significant effect of antidepressant in the mice behavioral despair tests, but has no effect of central excitability.
