菟丝子黄酮干预去卵巢大鼠骨代谢研究 被引量:37

Effects of flavonoids from Cuscuta chinensis on skeleton of ovariectomized female rats

摘要 目的:观察菟丝子黄酮对骨质疏松症模型大鼠骨代谢和骨密度的影响。方法:去卵巢法建立骨质疏松症大鼠模型,对模型大鼠灌胃菟丝子黄酮,并设立假手术组、造模组、己烯雌酚组大鼠为对照,给药12周后处死大鼠,测定骨代谢指标s-Ca、s-P、u-Ca/Cr、u-P/Cr、BALP、uDPD/Cr和BMD水平。结果:造模组大鼠u-Ca/Cr、u-P/Cr、uDPD/Cr和BALP显著高于假手术组,而BMD值低于假手术组大鼠;菟丝子组大鼠与己烯雌酚组、假手术组大鼠的骨代谢指标s-Ca、s-P、u-Ca、u-P、BALP、uDPD/Cr和BMD值相近,而与模型组相比有显著性差异。结论:菟丝子黄酮能够显著抑制去卵巢大鼠的骨代谢增强,调整骨形成和骨吸收的关系,对去卵巢造成的骨质疏松有明显的防治作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of the flavonoids extracted from Cuscuta chinensis Lam. on skeleton of ovarieetomized female rats. Methods : 48 female SD rats, were equally randomized into four groups : sham group, ovariectomized (OVX) group, diethylstilbestrol (DES) group and Cuscuta chinensis group. After an experiment period of 12 weeks, the rats were killed by decapitation and their indexes of bone metabolic and BMD were detected. Results: Compared with OVX group, the levels of u - Ca/Cr, u - P/Cr, uDPD/Cr and BALP were signifi- cantly decreased while BMD increased in Cuscuta chinensis group rats. However, there was no change among sham group, DES group and Cus- cuta chinensis group in the levels of s - Ca, s - P, BALP and u - Ca/Cr, u - P/Cr, uDPD/Cr as well as total, proximal - femoral, L4 - 6 BMD. Conclusion : The results suggest that flavonoids from Cuscuta chinensis, as well as diethylstilbestrol, can prevent the reduction of BMD of ovariectomized rats.
