摘要
基于虚拟仪器的非周期机械振动系统边频带和倒频谱分析技术,是机械振动故障检测和研究领域中非常有效的工具。本文利用LabVIEW软件开发平台深入研究机械振动的非线性特征,探讨了边频带技术和倒频谱技术在机械振动检测中的应用。实验研究中,通过虚拟仪器检测故障的各种特征信息并运用边频带和倒频谱分析技术进行状态诊断,使时域和频域中故障信号的非明显特征,在倒频域非常清晰地展示出来,为机械振动故障的识别提供实据。
Sideband and cepstrum analysis based on virtual instrument technology, is a extremely effective tool in the mechanical vibrations failure detection and the research area. The paper using the platform of the LabVIEW software development has thoroughly researched the mechanical vibrations non-linear characteristic and discussed the application of the sideband technology and cepstrum technology in the mechanical vibrations examination. In the research, the experiment which examined all sorts of the breakdown characteristics information through the virtual instrument and used the sideband and cepstrum analysis technology to carry on the diagnosis and the condition examination made the breakdown signal nonobvious characteristic in the time domain and the frequency range, extremely clearly demonstrate in cepstrum range, providing the substantial evidence for the mechanical vibrations breakdown recognition.
