A detailed description is given of the technique for prefabrication and erection of the 35 m small box girder. In connection with the site conditions, the prefabrication yard, abutment, fixed composite steel form of the box girder and concreting are optimized with enhanced measures for quality control in summer. The box girder is conveyed with the rail cart and erected with the bridge erector. Construction measures are suited to local conditions to guarantee quality. The methods and measures are all for reference of similar works only.
