摘要 目的:探讨3.0T磁共振动态增强全身动脉成像技术及其临床应用价值。方法:利用GEsigna3.0T磁共振扫描仪对17例疑有血管病变的患者进行四段法动态增强全身动脉成像。结果:17例患者均扫描成功,得到符合诊断要求的血管图像,平均得分3.41分;共发现轻度狭窄或扩张76处,中度狭窄或扩张33处,重度狭窄或扩张17处,闭塞5处。结论:磁共振动态增强全身动脉成像技术可以进行全身动脉的一次成像,无辐射剂量和对比剂剂量的限制,在全身血管病变的检出方面具有重要价值。 Objective:To study the technique points and application advantages of dynamic contrast-enhanced MR angiography (DCE- MRA) of wilde body with 3.0T scanner. Methods: 17 patients underwent DCE-MRA scanning on a 3.0T MR scanner and were injected with contrast medium of Gd-DTPA. All images were reconstructed with maximum intensity projection (MIP). Results:All the 17 patients got diagnostic images of whole body vessels with the average score of 3.41, demonstrated 76 lesions of mild stenosis or ectasis, 33 lesions of moderate stenosis or ectasis, 17 lesions of serious stenosis or ectasis and 5 lesions of occlusion. Conclusion: DCE-MRA of whole body is a new MR technique to get the vessel images and its prospective value should be assessed in further studies.
