早产的细菌性感染因素及防治的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 早产是导致围产儿发病率及死亡率增加的重要因素，导致早产的原因有多种，但感染因素尤其是亚临床感染直接或间接导致的早产发生率达到40％～50％，成为早产的最主要病因，现对早产的细菌性感染及基于循证医学的临床防治措施作一阐述。
