椎管内外松解三联疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with triple therapy

目的观察小针刀-整脊手法-骶管滴药三联疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成治疗组和2个对照组,治疗组为小针刀+整脊手法+骶管滴药,对照组为单纯小针刀和单纯骶管滴药。结果三联疗法的有效率(96.0%,48/50例)明显优于单纯针刀组(82.5%,33/40例)和骶管滴药组(80.0%,24/30例),P<0.05。结论采用综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,对缓解其产生的腰腿痛症状优于单一疗法,且疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the efficacy of combined triple method with small needle-knife, massage and sacral canal infusion to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods One hundred and twenty patients suffered from lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into group Ⅰ with triple method, n = 50, group Ⅱwith small needle-knife method, n = 40 and group Ⅲ with sacral canal infusion method,n = 30. Results The effective rate of group Ⅰ（96.0% ,48/50 cases） was significantly better than that of groupⅡ（82.5% ,33/40 cases） and that of group Ⅲ（80. 0%, 24/30 cases） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Triple therapy with small needle-knife, massage and sacral canal infusion has better clinical efficacy than needle-knife method or sacral canal infusion method only.
