摘要
介绍了LiTaO3的基本性质,综述了LiTaO3基压电陶瓷体系的制备方法、压电铁电性能及应用背景,指出了目前相关研究的重点和难点,并展望了LiTaO3基压电陶瓷今后的研究和发展方向.
LiTaO3 matrix lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have been widely investigated. Firstly , the properties of LiTaO3 crystal are introduced. Then the fabrication methods, piezoelectric/ferroelectric properties and applications of LiTaO3 matrix piezoelectric ceramic systems are reviewed. Meanwhile ,the emphases and difficulties of correlative researches are pointed out. Furthermore, the future developments of the research on LiTaO3 matrix lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are discussed.
