摘要
介绍了采用热化学反应法在MB2镁合金表面制备陶瓷涂层,并采用XRD分析其相结构,分别测试涂层的耐磨性、耐蚀性,结果表明,该涂层中有新相MgMnSiO_4生成,且耐磨与耐蚀性相对于基体显著提高。
The ceramics coatings based Al2O3 on the surface of MB2 Mg alloy were prepared by thermal chemical reaction, the wear and corrosion resistance were tested. The phase structure was analyzed by XRD. The results indicate that the wear and corrosion resistance of the coatings increase markedly, the MgMnSiO4 phase is found in coatings,
