摘要
在Gleeble1500热模拟机上进行热轧模拟实验,结合金相分析和透射电镜观察研究了卷曲温度对含钒高强度汽车钢板的组织及钢中钒的碳氮化物析出的影响规律,得出在设定的热加工工艺下,最佳卷曲温度和最佳碳氰化物析出温度为650℃。
The effects of coiling temperature on the microstructure and the precipitation of V (C,N) in high strength V-microalloyed automobile steel plates were investigated through four-pass compression with different coiling temperature using Gleeble1500 hot simulation machine and the metallographic analysis and TMP observation. The results show that the best coiling temperature and the best precipitation temperature is 650℃ under setting processes.
