摘要
对马氏体细晶粒高强度钢的冲击磨损性能进行了研究。研究表明,含碳量对试验合金的冲击磨损耐磨性有重要的影响。当含碳量为0.30%时,试验合金表现出较好的抗冲击磨损耐磨性,在1J的冲击功下磨损1h,其磨损质量损失为48.1mg,而与其对磨的调质态45钢的磨损质量损失为79.5 mg。此外,冲击功的提高使疲劳磨损加重,磨损质量损失均有所增加。含碳量0.30%的试验合金在不同的冲击功下磨损质量损失低于其它试验合金,表现出优异的耐磨性能。
The impact abrasion performance of martensite steel was studied. The results show that carbon content has a great influence on abradability. When the carbon content is 0.30%, the steel shows a wonderful wearing resistance of shock resistance. With ballistic work 1J, wearing lh, the wear mass loss is 48.1mg, but that of 45 steel which rubs against the tested material reaches 79.5mg. In addition, increasing the ballistic work can aggravate the fatigue wear. The wear mass loss of tested material with 0.30%C is lower than other tested steels under different ballistic work, so the martensite steel with 0.30%C has a good abradability.
