摘要
针对铁基粉末冶金件提出了两种防锈措施,即两种在不同加工阶段涂防锈油的方法。通过水雾试验模拟潮湿空气等条件,对不同方法的防锈效果进行对比分析。结果表明:两种措施都能有效地起到防锈作用,且成本低、操作简便。
Two corrosion-resistant methods for Fe-based powder metallurgical products were studied, in which corrosion-resistant oil was applied at different processing stages. Corrosion-resistant results of different methods were observed and analyzed under different conditions, such as water moisture to simulate wet air. The results show that both methods work well, and they are both low-cost and easily-operated.
