摘要
采用横流式5kW CO2激光器和3轴数控机床,通过开Y型破口,对材料为20CrMnTi的双联齿轮进行了试验,研究了激光焊缝组织及其形成机理,分析焊后接头中出现的常见缺陷,探讨其产生的主要原因和有效的防止措施。结果表明:焊缝组织为板条马氏体及少量残余奥氏体,热影响区为板条马氏体和铁素体,焊缝有较好的强韧性。气孔、裂纹是汽车双联齿轮CO2激光焊接头中存在的主要缺陷。但只要焊接过程中工艺参数和坡口形状选择合适,并采用有效的焊前处理,这些缺陷是可以避免或减少的。
Experiments of Y gap the double-linked gear in automobile have been performed using 5kW CO2 Laser and 3 axial CNC table. Microstructure of laser welding seam has been studied. The common defects in the welding seam were analyzed, and the main causes and significant preventive measures were discussed. Results exhibit that large quantity of martensite and a small amount of austenite appear in the melted zone, martensite and ferrite appear main in the heat affected zone, and the welding seam has a comprehensive intensity and toughness. Porosity and cracking are the main defects in the double-linked gear in automobile. These defects can be reduced or avoided by adjusting parameter and preheating before welding.
