两种波长低强度激光照射巨噬细胞的生物效应比较 被引量:1

Effects of Two Kinds of Low-energy Lasers Irradiation on Peritoneal Macrophages in Mice

摘要 目的:研究相同照射条件下的低强度532nm和650nm激光照射小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的生物效应。方法:用相同功率和照射时间的532nm和650nm激光辐照小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,采用中性红吞噬实验测定巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。结果:相同功率的两种波长激光在适当的照射时间下巨噬细胞的吞噬能力有显著性增强,巨噬细胞吞噬能力随照射时间的变化规律相似。结论:相同照射条件下,低强度532nm和650nm激光照射巨噬细胞的生物效应相似,都可以激活小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,增强其免疫活性,只是532nm激光的效应略强一些。 Objective:To investigate and compare the effects of low-energy 532nm and 650nm laser irradiation on peritoneal macrophages in mice. Peritoneal macrophages in mice were irradiated with 532nm and 650nm laser, with the same power and the same time. The phagocytosis ability of peritoneal macrophages to the dye neutral red was measured. Results: Two kinds of low-energy lasers in certain time could significantly augment the peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis ability. The examination of the two groups changed in similar trend along with time after irradiation. Conclusion: Low-energy 532nm and 650nm laser irradiation can both stimulate peritoneal macrophages in mice. They could be capable of enhancing immune function of peritoneal macrophages of mice. The biological effects of low-energy 532nm laser are similar to, but greater than that of 650 nm laser under the same radiant condition.
