摘要
目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在乳腺癌中的表达,及其与突变型p53、多药耐药蛋白p170表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,检测56例乳腺癌Survivin、p53及p170蛋白的表达,分析其相关性。结果乳腺癌Survivin、p53及p170蛋白表达阳性率分别为78.6%(44/56)、35.7%(20/56)和89.3%(50/56)。Survivin与p53表达之间无相关关系(P>0.05);Survivin与p170在乳腺癌中的表达存在正相关关系(P<0.05);p53与p170之间无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论Sur-vivin与p53可能通过不同的途径发挥各自的生物学特性,参与乳腺癌细胞凋亡的抑制及乳腺癌的耐药形成。
Objective To explore the expression rates of survivin protein, p53 protein and p170 protein in breast cancer. To analyze the relation of survivin protein to p53 protein and p170 protein. Methods The samples of breast tissues from 56 patients with breast carcinoma were stained with monoclonal antibodies using immunohistochemistry. The 3 proteins ( survivin ,p53 and p170) were detected, and the relation of survivin protein to p53 protein and p170 protein was analyzed using statistic methods. Results The positive rates of survivin,p53 and p170 proteins in the 56 patients with breast carcinoma were 78.6% (44/56), 35.7% (20/56) and 89.3% (50/56) respectively. Statistic analysis showed that there was no marked correlation between the expression of survivin protein and that of p53 protein ( P 〉 0.05 ), there was significant correlation between the expression of survivin protein and that of p170 protein (P 〈 0.05 ), and there was no positive correlation between the expression of p53 protein and that of p170 protein ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Survivin and p53 protein exert their own molecular biological characteristics,inhibit breast cancer cell apoptosis and take part in the multi-drug resistance of breast cancer cells through different ways.
