奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效及经颅多谱勒观察

To observe the curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with sodium ozagrel and the detective changes of Trancranial Doppler(TCD)

目的观察奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及经颅多谱勒(TCD)检测的变化。方法奥扎格雷钠治疗前、后观察神经功能缺损评分,并通过TCD观察颅内血管平均血流速度(Vm)与脉动指数(PI)的变化。结果治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显降低,且优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后Vm明显增快、血管阻力明显降低(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切、安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with sodium ozagrel and the detective changes of trancranial doppler （TCD）. Methods We measured their neurologic impairment scores , therapeutic effects and the changes of the mean flow velocity （Vm） and the pulsating index（H） of intracranial vascular through TCD before and after sodium ozagrel treatment. Results The neurologic impairment scores significantly decreased in treatment group and total effective rate was more excellent than the control group （P〈0.01） , The post therapy＇s Vm was higher than the pretreatment＇s. The vascular resistance was lower than the pretreatment＇s （P〈0.05） . Conclusions Sodium ozagrel is an effective medicine curing acute cerebral infarction. So it has the value of clinical application.
