重视临床肺功能检查

The Role of Lung Function Examination in Diagnosis and Treatment of Respiration Disease

目的了解肺功能检查在呼吸系统疾病诊治中的应用情况。方法收集整理我院呼吸内科2005年收治的呼吸系统疾病患者113例的临床资料,统计他们接受肺功能测定的比例并与全国的情况进行对比。结果呼吸系统疾病患者进行肺功能测定的检查率仅为25.66%,而确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的检查率也仅为26.9%,明显低于国内部分省市诊断COPD的肺功能检查率。结论广大呼吸内科医生应重视肺功能检查在临床的应用,使诊断和疗效的判断建立在更为可靠的科学基础上。

Objective To analyze the clinical data and find out the situation of lung function examination used in the diagnosis and treatment of the respiration diseases. Methods We collect the information of 113 inpatients hospitalized in our respiration department in 2005, count up the rate of lung function examination, and then compare with the domestic average rate. Results The rate of lung function examination is 25.66 per in respiration patient and 26.9 per in COPD, obviously lower than the domestic average rate. Conclusions We must pay attention to the role of lung function examination in diagnosis and treatment and base our diagnosis and judgment on a more scientific foundation.
