清开灵注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎临床疗效观察

Clinical study on the mumps treated with qingkailing injection

目的探讨清开灵注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎(腮腺炎)的疗效。方法选取腮腺炎患者63例,随机分为治疗组(33例)、对照组(30例),对治疗前和治疗3天后患者总体疗效进行评估,并对两组腮肿消退天数和退热天数进行比较。结果治疗组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组腮肿消退天数和退热天数均短于(P<0.05)和显著短于(p<0.01)对照组。结论清开灵注射液对腮腺炎有较好疗效,其对缩短腮腺肿大时间、减少发热天数有一定作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingkailing injection （QKLI）in treating mumps.Methods 63 patients were randomly put into a conventional supporting treatment control group（30 patients） and a QKLI treatment group （33 patients）. Curative effect was summated evaluation before and at the end of third day of treatment. Results Effective rate of QKLI treatment group was remarkably better than the rate of control group（P〈0.01）, the time of subsidence of swelling of QKLI treatment group was shorter than the level of control group（P〈0.05）, the time of abatement of fever of QKLI treatment group was remarkably shorter than the level of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusions The curative effect of Qingkailing injection（QKLI） in treating mumps was remarkable, that the both time of subsidence of swelling and abatement of fever was shortened.
