X线平片对颈椎病的诊断价值(附200例报告)

Diagnostic Value of Plain Film to Cervical Syndrome:A Review of 200 Cases

目的评价X线平片对颈椎病的诊断价值。方法回顾分析200例经临床及X线平片检查确诊的颈椎病患者的病例资料,对其X线表现进行分析、总结。结果椎体缘骨质增生176例(占88.0%),钩锥关节退行性变142例(占71.0%),椎体旋转及滑脱140例(占70.0%),颈椎生理曲度改变136例(占68.0%),韧带钙化118例(占59.0%),椎间孔变小114例(占57.0%),椎间隙狭窄98例(占49.0%)均为颈椎病主要X线平片表现。结论X线平片作为一种经济、快捷、有效的检查手段,能够为各型颈椎病的临床诊断提供影像学依据。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of X - ray plain film to cervical syndrome. Methods Plain films of 200 patients with cervical syndrome was retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Diagnosis of cervical syndrome was conformed with clinical data and X - ray plain films. Results There were 176 cases with hyperosteogeny at rim of vertebra （ 88% ）, 142 with retrograte degeneration of uncovertedral joint （71%）, 140 with rotation and slippage of vertebra body （70%）, 136 with cervical vertebrae areuation change （68%） , 118 with calcification of ligament （59%） , 114 with foramen intervertebrale shrink （57%）, and 98 with stenosis of intervertebral space （49%）. These are main appearances in the X - ray films of cervical syndrome. Conclusion X - ray plain film is a quick, ＂economic and effective method to detect cervical syndrome, and can provide evidence of clinical diagnosis for all types of cervical syndrome.
