文章首先提出了"大都市渔业"的概念及其产业特征,并从地缘优势、生产要素特点、渔业发展和渔业结构的特点等方面分析了上海发展"大都市渔业"的可行性必要性,最后提出;发展"大都市渔业"可以从科技创新机制上对我国渔业增长方式的转变发挥积极的促进作用。

And then, from the perspective of geographical advantage, the characters of production factors, the characters of fishery development and fishery structure, it analyses the feasibility and necessity of the development of ＇metropolis fishery＇ of Shanghai. Finally, it pinpoints that the development of ＇metropolis fishery＇ can plays an active role on the transition of fishery increase mode by the way of new mechanism of science and technology creation.
