摘要
本文通过对不同时期渔业权形态的比较,理清了渔业权历史演变的基本脉络,旨在阐明合理的渔业权对渔业经济发展的重要性,并为其进一步完善提出了些许建议,以期为相关研究者提供一种历史视角。
This paper compares modalities of property rights in fishing in different periods and identifies the phases of historical evolution of fishing rights, with a purpose to illustrate that apprepriate property rights in fishing are important for development of fishery economics and give some advices to develop the property rights in fishing. We hope that it would provide a historical perspective for interested researchers in this field
