延迟焦化装置节能措施探讨

Discussion on energy conservation measure for delayed coker

由于目前国内延迟焦化装置生产技术相对不够成熟,有些运行装置设计、投产较早,存在着一定的能源利用不合理和不能有效利用现象。文中以中石化胜利油田分公司石油化工总厂延迟焦化装置为例,对延迟焦化装置节能降耗措施进行了探讨。

The production technologies of domestic delayer cokers are not mature enough,some existing units have been put into operation for a long time and their designs are old,so the energy utilizations are irrational and even not effective.Taking the Delayed Coker of Shengli Oil Field Petrochemical Complex of PetroChina as an example,this article analyzed the work for energy conservation and consumption reduction in the delayed coker.
