Trouble analysis and modification of HS1802 baling machine

HS1802打包机自安装投用以来,一直达不到使用要求,经常出现故障,特别是主压、预压设备发生了严重的泄露和研损现象,经分析后认定主要是HS1802打包机液压系统存在问题,并对之进行改进,更换了主压、预压油缸并加大了压包压力,改造后的效果显著,设备实现了平稳高效地运行。

Since installation and putting into operation,the HS1802 baling machine never met the application requirement and often had troubles.Its main press and prepress,in particular,had leaking and worn-out phenomena.It was identified through analysis that the problems existed in the hydraulic system of the HS1802 baling machine,and modification was made to it by replacing the lubricant cylinders of the main press and the prepress and increasing the baling pressure.After the modification,the result is significant,and the machine has been running in the safe and efficient manner.
