摘要 总结了小孢子培养技术在油菜新品种选育和材料创新、群体构建、复杂性状的遗传分析和转基因等上的应用,概述了转基因技术在油菜品质改良、抗性提高、雄性不育系的选育等方面的进展,综述了DNA分子标记在油菜遗传图谱构建和基因定位、指纹图谱和分子标记辅助选择等各个方面的进展,并对这三大现代生物技术的应用前景进行了展望。 This paper firstly summarized the application of microspore culture in new rapeseed species cultivation and germplasms breeding, population construction, genetic analysis of complicated traits and transgene. Secondly it analyzed the advance on rapeseed quality improvement, resistance enhancement, GMS breeding by utilizing of transgenic technology. In addition, detailed introduction was made on the application and progress of DNA molecular marker technology in the rapeseed mapping, fingerprint analysis and marker-assisted selection. As a result, the application prospects of modern biotechnology are also discussed.
